What's the best way to Deploy Windows 7 to 5-10 computers WITHOUT using a Server?

I need some advice on how to deploy Windows 7 to small offices that do not have a WDS server.

I could use Symantec Ghost at some of them, but not sure how Win7 compatible it is (any complications with it???).

I currently don't have any RIS or WDS capable servers to use, so I was wondering what's the best way to do it without them?  Also, what's the best way with similar/same hardware and the best way with dissimilar hardware (aka mix of desktops and laptops)?

Also, is there any way to image a certain version of 7, like Professional, then somehow change it to Home Premium for another PC?  I have legit product keys, just don't want to maintain so many separate images due to different licenses for different computers that I want set up exactly the same way (except for OS version).
