ArcServe 11.5 - I dont care what tape I put in

Hi Experts

I have a customer who wants to be able to put any tape in the tapedrive at any given day. The server is always asking for a specific tape and the customer is having hard times remembering to put a tape in the drive in the first place. How do i schedule the backup to allow ANY tape to be put in at ANY time, without having to use the specific serialised tape?
