Good product for Imaging Windows Servers

What's a good product for Imaging Windows servers?

\We run BESR on a number of servers and it's fine on everyting but our Exchange servers.  On these it takes forever.  I need to image another Mail server and am looking for something quicker.
I was thinking a product that does cold cloning/imaging (like a ghost) might be the better option.  

I'm not really looking for something that has all the bells and whistles like BESR, just a good solid product for imaging servers from a cold start.  

Any recomendations?
