Will Acronis work for my system upgrade

I have a Dell Power edge server with 3 SATA 80 gig disks in a raid 5 configuration. The raid 5 is divided into two drives C: and D:. drive c is the OS And D is the data storage. Both are full - 90% and 80%. I need to put the users profiles on the server so we need to upgrade the disks. I want ot add 3 250 gig SATA disks in a raid five configuration, clone dirive D to the new raid five and either delete the old D drive and expand C or preferably Image the old C drive and configure two of the 80 gig drives to raid 1 and restore the old C drive to the new raid 1. Can one of the acronis products accomplish this?

Os is windows 2003 server.
The Arconis Disk Director is one you need for it.
Jimmy:

I went through almost the exact same scenario and it worked for me.

I made my OS partitions too small on a Raid 5 Dell server. I took a true image backup of all three of my partitions. Then I resized my partitions and put my acronis backup back on. This was a Dell 2650 Raid 5 striped over 4 drives.

Acronis will error because the True Image will not exactly fit the partition. But Acronis will ask if you want to put the data on the partition anyway. You just click yes, and away you go.

My true image backup and resizing of partition went PERFECT. No errors and the server has worked for two years since the partition resizing.

Hey, what do you know, it works!!!

Which version of Acronis did you use?
At the time I was using Acronis 8. We are currently using 9.1 because of our old mail servers that we are about to change out. We were using the enterprise version and saving our TI backups on a 1Tb SNAP server.
