We have 3 lans. A,B, C. Each located on different sites. We would like to backup Mail items to the other servers. (I.e., A-> B,C B-> A,C C->A,B). Problem is, mail boxes are large. We need a way of doing differential backups on the "new" mail items. Once a month or so, we'd do a complete backup.

'remotely backup to another lan'
can you clarify a little?
ntbackup can do incremental backup. if you're asking about 'brick level backup', or backup of the individual mailboxes, experts here will tell you its a waste of time, its slow, and isn't needed anyway.
