We're a nonprofit, and we're cheap. My I.T. budget is whatever I can wrangle out of the CFO...
Anyway, long ago, a company I used to work for used Symantec Ghost Enterprise 7 for imaging. Since that company no longer exists, I brought their copy of symantec ghost with me here ;)
When I need to redo a PC, I hook up a removable floppy drive to the system in question(with the proper boot disk in), and pull down the proper image. I currently need 7 different boot disks and 15 images to cover every PC we have.
There has got to be a better way... and I've finally convinced the CFO that we need to purchase our own software...
The thing is, we can't afford to pay a license fee per client, etc...
I need a product that will allow me to multicast PCs, I'd like to be able to boot them up via a flash key or a PXE menu.
Suggestion?
