I am finding it very difficult to find good documentation for Networker 7.4.
We have Networker 7.4 running daily backups connected to 100 tape library. Sometimes one of the backups fail and we have issues communicating with the library. Our initial course for recovery is to restart the server and library. The Monitoring | Log then contains nothing.
I have recently found legata\nsr\logs messages file. This is 72Mb.
Is this the best place to look for historical (log) information?
Can I rename this file and create a new empty file so the system can start with a fresh file?
Besides a course with EMC, where is the best place to get some product reference documents?
