Question
Windows XP/Vista backup software (free) to network drive when windows shuts down?
Hello.
Is there backup software to about 10 workstation, we are now using memeo autobackup software to backup "my documents" & "outlook.pst" to Buffalo Linkstation. There is some problems to backup outlook.pst, bacause file size is about 1,5Gb and when it is backup to NAS there cannot open outlook at all, memeo is newest version.
So memeo autobackup is not working very well, so is there possible free backupsoftware available to backup outlook files & documents to NAS when computer shut down? Script?

Memeo autobackup is compatible copy also open files (delta copy ect...) but is not working in outlook. Can synctoy copy multiple file versions? And is it possible copy when computer shut down, so once a day?
There is also syncback SE but it cannot copy files when computer shut down, only when computer start??

There may be issues with backing up an OPEN PST file, so you may need to close outlook before backing up.
Other options are Sync Toy free from MS
I hope this helps !
