Upgrade Symantec Backup Exec 11d to 12.5

I am preparing to upgrade our current installation of Backup Exec from 11d to 12.5. I a would like to know if there are any known issues when doing the upgrade. Current platform is DL380G4 Windows Server 2003 Standard, 6 remote agents including Exchange option, library expansion option for an LTO3 tape library and Sony AIT 2 autoloader, backing up to Disk (MSA20) then duplicate to Tape (LTO3). Also running CPS

Make sure all your firmware are current and drivers are current before doing the update.

I believe you need to upgrade to sp1 after upgrading to 12.5. There are some known issues resolved with sp1.
