Data Protection Manager 2007 Error Creating Protection Group
I am currently installing a new DPM 2007 server. I am recieveing an error when trying to create a new protection group for my Win2003 servers with an SQL database installed. I recieved the error stating "This item cannot be protected because some prerequisite software is missing. Ensure that all prerequisite software is installed and then protect this item. (ID: 31008)"
I originally recieved this error attempting to backup any of the information on the system, i install the 940349 update and nowi can backup all shares, volumes and system state on the machine, however it still doesnt allow me to backup the sql database.
How do i correct this problem???
I need to get this backup solutions up and running asap. Thanks in advance!
