ARCserve 11.5 SP3 + Windows 2003 server backup errors

Hello

A friend of mine setted up an IBM Tape device Half High LTO GEN 3 SAS TAPE DRIVE

I've come here today to install the backup software, but im dealing with a problem.

When I start the tape engine from arcserve, this shows up in tape.log

Plus, i've inserted a cleaning cartridge and its not comming out, not even if i press the button for 20s as they say in the manual.

according to ibm, the tape drive is mal functioning, will be replaced.

if that does not do it then let us know because there are some things at the configuration level to check.
