A friend of mine setted up an IBM Tape device Half High LTO GEN 3 SAS TAPE DRIVE
I've come here today to install the backup software, but im dealing with a problem.
When I start the tape engine from arcserve, this shows up in tape.log

Plus, i've inserted a cleaning cartridge and its not comming out, not even if i press the button for 20s as they say in the manual.

according to ibm, the tape drive is mal functioning, will be replaced.
