Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5 not creating new recovery point sets as scheduled

I've got BESR 8.5.5 backing up a half-dozen servers every morning at 3AM.  The backup job is set to keep a maximum of two sets, and to create a new backup set every week.  However, I installed the product on 10/21/2009...and none of the servers has created a new backup set (today is 11/7/2009)....what gives?  What should I check next?

Just to clarify, what I've got is, for example, SERVER_CDRIVE_001.v2i created on 10/21/2009 and then a whole bunch o' SERVER_CDRIVE_001_0001.iv2i, SERVER_CDRIVE_001_0002.iv2i, etc, etc., but no SERVER_CDRIVE_002.v2i, for instance, for each week as I would have expected.

Based on your settings the new set should start every Tuesday.

After two years of working properly for me this same issue occured on my servers.

The only to fix it was to move the images somewhere else and recreate the jobs, effectiviely starting from scratch.

i have no idea why it didnt turn over , it just seemed to get "stuck".

The soution, as it turns out, was that my 'weekly' recovery point was on Sunday -- not a day included.  What I did was schedule it for 1AM Tuesday and it worked fine.
