Is it possible to backup shared folders on a server that does not have a Remote Agent installed it?
We have upgraded to Symantec Backup Exec version 12. We have a couple of shared folders on a Server that I need to back up but we don't have a Remote Agent license I can put on this server. It isn't a mission critical backup so I am curious to know if there is a way to back these up without that agent on the Server to talk with our backup server.
The folders in question are shared and right on the root of C. Both this server and the backup server are Windows Server 2003 SP2.
