How to recover mail from a mailbox from a Backup using NT Backup for Exchange 2007?

I am running Exchange 2007 on a 2003 R2 server.  Until I get the lates version of Backup Exec I am using NT backup to backup the Exchange server.  I am looking for detailed instruction on how I would be able to recover a single email if needed.  Being able to extract the backup email account to a PST and then accessing it the PST for fine grain restore would be fine also.Start Free Trial
