So can I just go in and archive then delete what is not needed?

What are .rdb files in Retrospect?
I see where the files under the Servers directory all have the file extension .rdb and show up as Retrospect Disk Backup set. Some of these (actually quite a few) are 614,408kb in size. Can I just delete these or do I have to go in and let the server forget that backup set and "groom" them?
