i use to take a backup of exchange server through ntbackup but the problem is that i want to restore user data individualy but i can't do it through this command .
i want to know that is there any utility software through which i can do it .

Mailbox (Brick) level backup of Exchange is possible with Retrospect (EMC/Dantz), Veritas or Backup Exec (Symantec) using addons or with Acronis Recovery for Exchange. You can also do mailbox level backups through online remote backup from any service provider using RBS for their services.

Acronis Recovery for Exchange can replace the entire store or individual messages or anywhere between. I will qualify this answer that it is a relatively new product and I have not bench tested it. I can tell you that Acronis disk imaging tools are very fast and a couple orders of magnitude more reliable than NTBackup in a full recovery situation.
I routinely get mailbox level backup of Exchange across a LAN of 1.2 GB/min using Retrospect. I also have at least one remote backup client doing mailbox level backup over the internet and he has about a 12GB Exchange store.
For purposes of best practice I recommend using two backup strategies. First, use a disk imaging product rather than NTBackup to be able to restore a fully operational operating system and all the system services. Periodically re-image your system as major upgrades happen or you add or remove major applications or services. Use a good backup product or remote backup for your working data on a frequent basis. You can combine NTBackup of your entire Exchange Store with most commercial remote backup services although it may take some setup work to automate it. This would allow a complete replacement of a fatally damaged data store..

You can restore the data that you need.
The idea is to restore the data to a Recovery Storage Group. You can then restore the data through that interface.
Third party tools can do mailbox level backup, but they are very slow, very inefficient, would not replace the information store backup and in most cases are a waste of time and tape space.
As you haven't said which version of Exchange you are using, it is not easy to provide you with links on how to use the RSG, but for both the main versions of Exchange Microsoft have instructions on Technet and/or their KB.
