Extract tape contents to disk with Retrospect

I have a MacIntosh OSX 10.3.9 box running Retrospect 6.1. It has been used to back up files to tape for several years. We are in the process of getting rid of tape backup for this department.

My question is, How do I set up a job to dump all the files on a single tape to a hard drive so they are in a readable format (not in a Retrospect backup set).
