Corrupted ntbackup file windows 2003

Zones: Microsoft Server, Computer Servers, Retrospect Backup Utility
My backup file is corrupted.  I have a Windows 2003 server and I used ntbackup to backup my files to a external hard drive.  Ntbackup sees my files and it can't retore.  I guess that backup file is damaged.
Does anyone know any free "bkf" repair/recovry utility program?
