Is there any software out there where you can limit the size of folders?

Zones: Tivoli Storage Manager, Windows 2003 Server

I am running Windows 2003 and I work at a high school. I am having problems with many students putting games on their network drive and then loading it onto the computer. If I could limit their folders to say, 250MB, it would free up so much space on the server and stop students from filling up computers with garbage? Someone PLEASE help!
