create boot disc for Latitude e6400 using ghostcast 11.5

I am trying to create a USB boot disc for a new model of laptop we have started using. It is a Dell Latitude E6400. The driver is not listed in Ghost cast so i have tried to add it, but I get an error stating that it cannot find the oemsetup.inf file. I can't find it either. I have attached screen shots of each step i take when trying to create this boot disc. Can you take a look and help me out.
