The license you have is probably an OEM license (I am assuming the person you purchased the machine DID license the product). If that is the case, and if there is no CD, you will probably have to bite the bullet and buy an new license for Office XP. It being no longer in support, you need to look on eBay. .... Did you delete the MSO Cache (say, using Disk Cleanup)? If not, try going back to the manufacturer. I lucked out once using a valid Office 2003 Pro CD to permit upgrades to an Office Standard machine for which the client does not have the disk. ... Thinkpads_User
