SyncToy Scheduled Task Not Working Correctly - Works when I right-click and pick "Run Now"

I have a backup folder on a server 2003 server that I'm trying to sync (echo, left to right) with a network folder.  I set up the pair in Sync Toy, then made a scheduled task with the following details to run Sync Toy to sync to folders:

Run: C:\SyncToy\SyncToy.exe -R
Start in: C:\SyncToy
Run As: [an account in the admin group on the server]

Problem is it doesn't copy any files over to the network location...the task is supposed to run at 4:00am but when I come in at 8:30 its still "running." At least the scheduled tasks says its running...when I look at the network folder no files have been copied over.

Crazy thing is if I right click the task and select "run now" it runs fine and copies the files.

I have tried this with making the mapping the network folder to a drive and just putting the network location in Sync Toy, neither work.

Any ideas?  Alternatively if anyone has a sync program they prefer, let me know.
