I cannot able access my HDD, while accessing it showing some error message like this "The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable". Important data are there. Any help to restore data from that HDD.

Seagate 250GB IDE HDD.


My configuration

Os: Windows XP with SP2
HP Compaq 6100MT pc
RAM 512 MB RAM
HDD 80 GB (os)  SATA HDD and 250GB IDE HDD (data)
