Need to clone a Dynamic disk with extended partitions

Hello,

I need to clone a dynamic disk to a larger disk. Here is what I have and what I'm trying to do:

I have a RAID 5 array that was initially 200 GB. We'll call this Array 1. It is a dynamic disk from the beginning. I added a few more disks and extended the array. Once the extra space was visible in the disk manager, I simply extended the volume to take up the space that was added by extending the array.

I have created a new RAID 5 array on a seperate controller in the same system. We'll call this Array 2. This new array will house the data found on Array 1. I haveactivated this disk in Windows as a basic disk. My intent is to keep it as a basic disk so that I can use diskpart to extend it in the future, if necessary.

My problem at this point is that neither Acronis nor Ghost recognize the "partition" on Array 1, preventing me from cloning it. I'm unable to convert it to a basic disk, presumably b/c of the disk is dynamic with an extended partition. What's the best way to clone the data so that I don't have to use copy/paste, recreate the shares and ACLS, or robocopy(datestamps are important)?

Thanks in advance...

I went with robocopy. It did a fantastic job, and the new version W2K3 version kept all the timestamps. Thanks for the replies though... I'll split the points between you both for getting back to me...
