MOuse and Keyboard is only connected back to 2 USB ports, how can i check in set up.

I have Intel Pentium 4 processor,
2 hard disk attached (Western Digital HDD Models name are :
80 GbWD800JD 200 GbWD2000JS)
DVD mulitiwriter,
1 Gb RAM x2
Motherboard is GIGABYTE GA85661FXM-775 ( that i have observed on motherboard) , jumper is not any one of these. Please help,

Why ? it does not see any of your disks, and no bootable one.
check if the disks are connected correct - ide cable, and power cable
then look if the disks (on the same ide cable?) are set 1 to Master, 1 to slave.
if the above is all correct, test with only your boot disk connected, disconnect all other disks, cd drives
I have tried all the way, even i have plugged one running hard disk from another PC, but still no luck, i think motherboard itself not dettecting any HDD, I got some data in it, by keeping that I want to install OS, because it got only one parttion, i am thinking If I can plug that HDD to anyother PC , as secondary HDD, then make partition and then saving all data in one partition, then plugging back this HDD to this motherbard, and Install OS, please guide, if i am sounding correct, and how to do?

Maybe to easy but check that there is no USB memory in the pc at boot.
