install device driver , installation media . How ?

Hello,

I have PC Desktop. It has 2 hard disk ( WD10EADS )

When I want to format the hard disk to put Windows 7

It shows

Load Driver

To install device driver needed to access your hard drive, insert the installation media containing the driver files, and then click OK.



Please what to do ?

If this shows on install of win 7 try to set in BIOS to use sata as IDE, that will offer a limited transfer rate but a much higher compatibility, although win 7 should see any sata drive and format it.

also the driver files may refer to the sata controller on the mainboad. 

You may want to search you installation cd or the manufacturer's website for any chipset/controller drivers and put them to an sub stick.

is this a raid setup or not?
are the disks seen in the bios?
Windows 7 should not need any driver !
also, for the install, disconnect the second disk

is this an original windows 7 dvd?  if not, it may be bad...
