Browse All TopicsHello experts,
I bought a PC where Win XP was installed.
It has a Western Digital hard drive with 40GB.
While XP was installed the entire 40GB were
visible.
Then, after I installed Win 98 the disk
seemed to be only 8GB.
I looked into the BIOS which told me this:
CHS capacity 8422 MB
Max.LBA capacity 40020MB
So it seems that only the CHS capacity
is used.
How do I use the full size of the disk drive
unter Win 98 ?
And how do I do it without reinstalling Win 98 ?
Thanks in advance
Ralf
