ARCserve Backup V11 inc. Exchange Agent issue

i am running ARCserve Backup V11 inc. Exchange Agent. when i modify a job, i receive an error message when i expand the Microsoft Exchange Server - Brick Level

Error message: "Invalid user ID or password submitted or Database Server instance many be inaccessible. If user ID is a Windows domain account, please use Domain\Username".

i then enter the Administrator username and password, try and expand the Microsoft Exchange Server - Brick Level option again, i receive the same error message.

i receive this log of a morning:

Did you log on to the domain,

domain\administrator?

Replace domain with your domainname. If you don't use that syntax, the system will try to log you on as a local administrator only.

Computer data storage, often called storage or memory, is a technology consisting of computer components and recording media used to retain digital data. In addition to local storage devices like CD and DVD readers, hard drives and flash drives, solid state drives can hold enormous amounts of data in a very small device. Cloud services and other new forms of remote storage also add to the capacity of devices and their ability to access more data without building additional data storage into a device.
