Boot from USB Pendrive

Hi guys,

Since i have no 1.44MB diskdrive ( i hate diskettes ) i need to make a bootable flash drive (I have no CD Burner as well)
but i have trouble making one.
What is the best way to make a pendrive bootable, and how to get msdos on it? I don't really care what version of msdos, all i need is just msdos bcuz i wanna make a bios flash.
I already looked at some websites but they all are to different. i really hope u guys can help me out.
