Free HDD Partition Software

Hey all,
I understand that there is *typically* a strong correlation between cost and quality, but I'm looking for a FREE HDD Partition Software.

I see that the most popular HDD Partition software is "Partition Magic". However, this costs. I understand that there is a free trial on it, however, is this a 30 day trial? If I've made a partition, once the 30 days are up, what happens? Or are there just limitations to it's features??

I don't want to download it (approx 22MB) on dial-up, only to find out that it's a 30 day trial.
