Partitioning tool for Win2k3 server

Hello,

Hello, I'll be short and sweet.  We have a windows 2003 server with 3 hardrives in a RAID 5 config.  there is only 1 partition setup which is c:
C: only has about 700mb free.  There is still about 20 gb of unpartitioned space left between the drives. We need to allocate more space to this particular partition. My question is this:

Does anyone know of a partition tool that works similar to partitionmagic for windows 2003 server?  I have PowerQuest Volume manager but it is incompatible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
