Question

Program to take ownership of all file and give full control to administrators.

I need a program or script (preferably free or cheap) to take ownership of every file on a hard drive and give me full access to it WITHOUT destroying existing permissions.
Microsoft has fileowners.pl to take ownership, but it assumes you have access to the files.
Our situation is we have an old domain(NT4) that has access to these files, but the new domain does not(AD2003).  The old domain exists for now.  So a script that runs as the old domain admin to give access to the new domain would work too.
