Help with BNCHMARK DLT1 SCSI SEQUENTIAL TAPE DRIVE

Hello all,

I got my hands on a BNCHMARK DLT1 SCSI SEQUENTIAL TAPE DRIVE and I have no idea how to use it. I installed it into the computer and my windows XP finds it and its shows up on the Device Manager and in the computer management Console. However, I can't access any of the tapes i put in there. It doesn't show up as a drive or anything like that. I assume that you need a program to access it, but it didnt' come with any disks . Does anybody have any recommendations for software that i can use to access the tape. Preferebaly Opensource, also Are there any software that will make the tape drive act like a Harddrive or Diskdrive??
