What storage to use and what type of backup?

Hi,

I have just been employed by a small/medium size company. I need to urgently implement a storage backup system and this has never been done. I am fairly new to storage and need expert advise.

What is the best storage device to use. I wanted to make a full back up once a week and then probably differential backups for mon - through to friday. I have tried to back up our small business server and it already backed up 180GB. I have other things to back up which would take up about another 100GB.

Please advise me the nest type of storage and the best way tobackup my data,
