Converting a CD with a "htm" extension

Not sure this is the right forum for this question, so let me apologize in advance if it is not.  I have a CD that has a file extension of "htm" that I am wondering if I can get into a text or Excel file format.  Is this even possible?  Thanks!Start Free Trial
