Browse All Topicsrecently i ant to upgrade my ram so i put a new ram into my pc and turned it on but hdd did not detect so i changed the hdd cable and turned it on again and it went into the os and to my surprise when i opened my d drive it is completely junk and i lost all my years of work and datas then i connected the hdd to my another pc and tried to recove my data with pc file recovey software it searched completely and not found exact datas so again rebooted the machine and this time windows scandisk asked to chkdsk and it started checking hdd and after compeleting that when i opend my d drive all my files are converted to file????.chk files now dont know which file is what i am completely gone
experts please help me in finding a way out to bring back my hard disk to old stage i know there must be some way to recover the fat or file system please as the datas are intact only i need the file system to recognise there filename and there corresponding cluster thanks in advance for the help
