Dell inspiron 1150 and hard drive

HI

I want to upgrade my internal hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 1150. What is the maximum I can add (speed and capacity). The Dell web site shows only a 250 GB with 5400rpm

Any suggestions? Thanks
