Issues with replacing failed LSI U320 RAID card

Appears LSI card (MegaRaid U320-1) has failed as it wont allow entry into the Scsi BIOS.  Will try to source an urgent replacement Monday but anyone able to confirm that another LSI card will recognise  the array. (Drive lights appear to show drives failed/ array degraded as well..)

(SBS2003, RAID1 system 32G, RAID5 data 144G, BackupExec Backups available on USB drive but never had to do a bare-metal recovery before.)
