When you check with HP Smartstart Array Configuration Utilities (ACU), does the RAID 10 Array Checkout okay?
Can you reboot in debug mode?

I assume ESXi is installed on the RAID 10 array?

yes i can get into debug and i booted again aand  went into the array manager and it looks like the disk id recovering
We could wait for recovery, of we could try a few things?
i will wait for the recovery , thank you hancocka you have helped me out so many times!! i really appricate it !!!!!!!
no problems, always here, anyway I'll post the info here if, it does not start....and has a VFS error and Kernel Panic

log into ESX in debug or maintainance mode and execute the commands:

    esxcfg-boot -p
    esxcfg-boot -b
    esxcfg-boot -r
while i wait what will that do , for my education

ok it rebult the drive and still get this error , is there any harm in running the commands?
okay, this could be due to the following....

so start in debug mode, login as root, and try them.

An ESXi host experiences an abrupt reboot.
Upgrading the BIOS or firmware of the ESX host.
Upgrading or replacing the physical hardware of the ESX host.
you saved my butt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you thank you thank you

wish i could give more than 500 pts
Glad your fixed.

One reason we dont install ESXi on disk anymore. despite what people say about redundancy! Personally still think flash is better.
