Backup Exec unable to access Exchange 2003 Mailboxes

I have a new Exchange 2003 server with Backup Exec 10D installed.  I was running the backup locally and backing up all Exchange Mailboxes (Brick Level) just fine for the last week.  I have moved the Backup to another server, and have installed BE 10D and the exchange agent on the other server.  I had created a Backup Exec System Agent (BESA) login account on the domain, made it an administrator, a domain admin, and a Full Exchange Administrator, and have set up Backup Exec to run using that account, and it works fine on the Exchange server itself.  I am able to access the mailboxes through BE when on the console on the Exchange2003 server, but cannot select the mailboxes when configuring the backup job from the other server.  Both servers arre part of the same domain.

I have successfully backed up the entire server over the network except for the Exchange.  That is the only thing that I can't select or backup.

At this point I have the full product with agents installed on both servers, and both have been rebooted several times.

Yes, both servers are licensed correctly.

The problem isn't that the Exchange selections are not visible.  They are visible, I just can't check them to be backed up.  I get an access denied message.  For the time being I have configured the Local agent to back up the Exchange components to itself, and I have increased the Deleted items retention date in Exchange to 14 days.  This way I think I can get by without the brick level backup to tape.
