Formatted microSD, now its corrupted with raw FS and 0 storage space

I have done a quick format on my micro sd memory card for my phone with vista because it keeps saying to format drive and wont let me access the card, i have done a quick format, but i suddenly decided to do a full format but got impatient and i pulled the card out of my phone, now it is a RAW file system with no space, i have tried to reformat and convert the file system to FAT16 or FAT32 and now it has an unknown file size.

Any suggestions on how to recover or repair the memory card?
