Passport HD not being recognized by my computer Windows XP

When connecting the drive to the computer's USB, Windows XP should automatically create a driver database for this devie and auto-install it.
Nothing happens. Something is stuck on my computer I think,

I know the Passsport drive is fine because I tried it in other XP computer and it got recognized fine, and could go in and check the files, no problem.
