What does "Error! Code: A2" mean on an Adic Faststor 2 tape backup drive?
We are receiving an error while the system is trying to inventory our tapes. It goes through about 4 of the 8 tapes each time and then the tape drive reboots itself. And then gives us the message on the Quantum Adic Faststor 2 drive, "Error! Code: A2".

See page 58 it says error A2 is "A2H - Gripper position error - Gripper unable to reach position."
Sounds like a service callout to me. Hope that helps.
