Restore/Backup Exchange Mailbox into USB HDD

I refer to this question

Where I took Backup one mailbox (6mb) to a USB Hardrive by BackupExec10.d which is fine
But when i am trying to restore that mailbox to another Server, its falling with the error refer to this site

i tryed to download all the hotfix and pathces as solution given by EE in that previosu quesiton, but no luck..

so where am i standing ??

does it meant, you cant restore individual mailbox by using usb drive ??

which really hard to belived!!.
