Advice on Off-site backups

Hi

Im looking for advice on off-site backups, I currently have 5 servers collocated.

In total the machines have about 1100Gb of data on them, the majority of it is static data, images, pdfs etc. but we do have around of 50GB of MS SQL databases.

I have a NAS unit with 2TB using Backup exec, in the past this was in a different building with a high speed Lan, so I could just backup to this and get my remote backups.

However the NAS has been moved into the same Rack as the Servers and therefore no longer remote.

My collocations partners have came up with a solution for me of relocating the NAS, but the cost is an additional £5000 ($10000) per year.

Im looking for advice, what cost effective options do I have?
