Authentication failed on connection to the server

I have created new network accounts in backup exec with administrative rights and every job that is scheduled fails each time not matter what. the reason I did this was that we changed our admin password for our domain. after that we couldnt get any job to run. I have already created an account for the backup exec services and am trying to use that account to run the jobs but cannot get them to run.

I get the following error:

Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.
