Trend Micro's Internet Security 2007 includes a PCTool.exe in the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Internet Security 2007 folder.
This link gives 3 ways to uninstall TM's IS07:

Trend Micro's web page does not (at least not anywhere I could find) give a uninstall tool, or even instructions on how to uninstall their products.
One way that I've had success with is to just uninstall Trend Micro using the normal uninstall routines (either Trend Micro's, or through Add/Remove Programs). Reboot. Navigate to and delete the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro folder. Download and install CCleaner (www.ccleaner.exe), run its cleanup function and its registry cleaner (under Issues).

Trend Micro I believe it depends more on the product. I have not known that one to be a removal issue....but. Maybe someone else will chime in with an "all-in-one" tool. If not post the product.
