When I open emails, they appear completely empty.  I have to repeatedly "allow" certain modules access to my PC

I installed Norton 360 and now, many times, when I open an email it appears blank.   What I then have to do is to go into the "Firewall settings" "Program control" screen and "allow" programs access.

The trouble is that I have to KEEP ON REPEATEDLY DOING THIS almost every few days!  Somehow 360 keeps resetting my modifications!
