Spyware Problem

Asked by blinkme323 in Desktop Anti-Virus, Windows Registry Cleaners

Hey guys, one of my users recently got the dreaded ""Warning! Spyware detected on your computer. Install an antivirus or spyware removal to clean your computer"   message on their home computer.  They brought it in to me to fix and so far I've run SmitFraud and Spybot to no avail.  Any suggestions on how I can get this off?

 I really don't want to connect the machine to my network for obvious reasons, so any solution involving the net is out of play for the moment.
