How do I enable IMAP/POP access to Exchange through Firewall and MDaemon?

I bought a blackberry and would like to be able send/receive my Exchange email through it.  I have got the blackberry receiving email by adding service IMAP4 port 993 to the firewall but I still cannot send.  My Exchange 2003 is behind a firewall behind MDaemon.  Start Free Trial
